Bacon lovers wake up… this is for you.

Rise and shine to the smell of bacon. What is a better way to start off your day besides having some bacon and eggs? What is an even better way then having your bacon and eggs cooked together? The answer… probably nothing.

These bacon egg wraps are easy as one, two, three. They only take about thirty minutes to cook and you can take them on the go. They are so filling, your stomach will be satisfied until lunch.

Bacon&Egg Breakfast Wraps:

  • 12 slices of bacon
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese

-Makes 12 servings

1)Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2) Spray non-stick cooking grease on muffin tin.

3)Wrap one piece of uncooked bacon around the inside of each muffin slot.

4)Whisk eggs, pepper, salt and cheddar cheese in large bowl.

5)Fill each bacon lined muffin slot up with 3/4 egg mixture.

6)Cook for 35 minutes and serve immediately.
